iam working for freight forwarding co.we have recd invoice from Shipping co based in hongkong for ocean freight usd 50000/- less commission usd 625/- net payable 49375/- usd, pls let me know whether TDS has to be deducted, if yes on which amount freight or commission and at what rate, this shipping company does not have any offices in india nor any agent working in india on his behalf.
