I am export some items in cis countries. I want to know about what is the rate of tds which i will cut on local transporter in export line.

29 October 2013 On transport of goods by road, there is no tds if transporter have PAN No.

If he has no PAN no. then TDS u/s 194 C , But TDS Rate will be 20% due to unavailability of PAN NO.
