Tds applicable for Individual assessee for getting loan

TDS applicable only if he is liable for audit u/s 44AB in the previous year.

Further TDS is deductible on interest payable on loan u/s 194A @ 10% if the interest amount exceeds threshold limit of Rs 5000/-
