We are in agreement with an agency for providing the Informative Data from the market related to our services, they will not do any kind of advertising work for us. We have to pay monthly payment for the same. Kindly suggest in which section i should deduct TDS. (TDS on Contract- 194 C or TDS on Profession - 194 J).
