I want to know whether if we paid staff salary as a Labour Wages, TDS will be deducted from the same as per salary slab or as Contractor. Please guide.

If employment is on Contract basis it is on Cantract or if it is on full time basis as per salary slab

if staff in on contraact then it is as per Contractor Basis other wise as per salary slab basis
