I WANT TO KONW THAT TDS SHOULD BE DEDUTED OR NOT ON INTERNET(BROADBAND) CONNECTION( NOT ON TELEPHONE LINE)FROM VSNL ( A TATA GROUP COMPANY) BILL PAYMENT/CREDIT?
PLEASE GIVE SECTION CODE AND CASE IF APPLICABLE?

there is nothing any provision in income tax act to deduct tds on internet charges

The exp u have mentioned comes under Connectivity charges" and there is no provision under IT to deduct TDS on Net Charges
