17 March 2008 I WANT TO KONW THAT TDS SHOULD BE DEDUTED OR NOT ON INTERNET(BROADBAND) CONNECTION( NOT ON TELEPHONE LINE)FROM VSNL ( A TATA GROUP COMPANY) BILL PAYMENT/CREDIT?
PLEASE GIVE SECTION CODE AND CASE IF APPLICABLE?

17 March 2008 there is nothing any provision in income tax act to deduct tds on internet charges

17 March 2008 The exp u have mentioned comes under Connectivity charges" and there is no provision under IT to deduct TDS on Net Charges
