Will you plz tell me whether TDS provisions are attracted in case of payment of Interest to Finance Companies like Tata Capital Ltd, Reliance Capital, etc.

YES, TDS PROVISIONS ARE APPLICABLE BUT SUBJECT TO ABOVE ARE NOT COVERED UNDER BANK OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION
