TDS on interst on subordinated debt shall be deducted under which section?

Interest on the Subordinated Debt: TDS will be deducted from the amount of interest as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961. ... However, Subordinated Debt holders opting for payment of interest without deduction of tax may submit Form 15H/15G as the case may be in duplicate for each financial year.
