Tds on interest from listed ncd/bonds

Till last financial year there was no TDS on interest on listed NCD/Bonds. Is there any change in this in the recent budget proposal?

Section 193 has been amended to include interest on debenture to HUF also.
The limit is also increased from Rs 2500 to Rs. 5000.
Furhter, now interest on unlisted debenture is also exempted from TDS to the extent of Rs.5000
