15 April 2011 Is there any provision for TDS on hotel charges. if Yes then pleae help.

15 April 2011 Hotel accomodation is not subject Since there is no regaularity and there is no contract in that case. however, if you are staying on a regualr basis over a particular period, then, there can be a contract and TDS is required to be deducted.

15 April 2011 if a compnay is paying hotel charges on behalf of there employees to hotel, in such a case whether compnay need to deduct TDs or not.
