We are a private limited company we are paying rent to a Limited company We have to pay them Ground rent and property tax do we need to deduct TDS on the same

IF YOUR RENT PAY OVER 180000/-P.A THEN YOU HAVE TO DEDUCT TDS 10% ON BASIC AMOUNT EXCLUDING SERVICE TAX
