Dear Sir,
I am working for a Freight Forwarding co. for handling one import shipment we had to pay freight amount to our overseas (Japan) agent so can you pls. clear me is this remittance amount chargeable TDS (U/s 195)?

freight paid to foreign shipper is not liable to TDS u/s 172
