any body tell me how I can save tax on the frieght amount on which I hav not educted tds.
Total frieght amoun is Rs. 8.00 lacs to a singal person........

If it is a proprietorship firm and first year of audit, no need to deduct TDS

Do not debit these expenses to the profit & loss account, or debit it . What is the profitability position of the company? Nature of business? Directors capital account position?
