14 March 2008 OUR CLIENT HAS SENT A MACHINE FOR THE REPAIR TO AUSTRALIA FOR REPAIR, FROM WHICH THE MACHINE HAS BEEN PURCHASED EARLIER, THEN AT WHAT RATE THE tds u/s 195 HAS TO BE DEDUCTED , WHICH IS BENIFICIAL TO THE ASSESSEE.
