DO WE NEED TO DEDUCT THE TAX AT SOURCE FOR THE PAYMENTS TO BE MADE TO FOREIGN SHIPPING COMPANY, AS OURS IS ALSO A SHIPPING COMPANY. LIKE HANDLING CHARGES, Etc.,
