Tds on flex banner,leaflets as lee clien t specification required ?

Client has incurred exp. Of printing of flexbanners, leaflets for Advt. As per client specification, then TDs required u/s 194c or not. Ipls explain & if there is any circular or notification apply so pls give that reference also.

There is no specific clarification given for flex banners. However, in my iopinion you may treat the printing of Flex banner as a contract for printing / promotion activity and deduct TDS u/s 194C.
