We have purchased Laptop. Recently we have decided to make payment for extension of warranty.
Is tds applicable

warranty is a service. and is tds deductible . if the amount exceeded 30k per transaction or 100k for whole, then only tds to be deducted. i dont think your laptop warranty cahrges exceeded that amount as it is low in charge.
