Tds on event in hotel

Let us suppose ABC Ltd. paid Membership fees to Hotel taj. The hotel bill is inclusive of Service Tax. kindly suggest whether TDS will deducted on bill or not.....................

I don't think TDS will be deducted in this case.
TDS was deducted in the case of some prescribed type of payment not to any type of payment. You should check TDS provisions in Income Tax Act for better understanding.
