08 October 2015 We have received a bill from our shipping agent as under

Lifting Charges 10000
Service Tax above 1400/-
Total 11400/-

containers Detention charges

Re 75000/-

TDS will be applicable on Rs 11400 or 86400/-

10 October 2015 Tds is not deductible on service tax portion that is on 1400/- on rest of the amount that is 85000 tds is deductible if other conditions satisfy.
