Dear Sir
I Have a query about Tds on debit note because our customer paid frieght amount to transporter on behalf of us.Then our customer release debit note to us.Now we deduct tds on that debit note. it is correct or not? pls advise me

TDS is applied as and when the paid amount is Income of receiver.
So apply TDS and pay the remaining amount.
Invoice or Debit Note does not make any impact.
