The company is engaged in civil contract works and pays royalty to Gravel Crushers. Should it deduct TDS @10% on royalty payments. Pl advise.

If the recipient is a resident Indian the TDS rate is generally 10%.
The TDS rate for non-resident Indian is 20%.
The TDS rate for non-resident Indian is 20%.
