Hi,
Can anybody answer the following?
Is TDS deduction mandetory,If a Pvt ltd co paid any sum to any individual towards payment for contribution for his article published in the company's maonthly magazine or newspaper? If yes then under which sec?

Dulal..TDS would be applicable as per limits mentioned u/s 194J for payment to professionals
