22 March 2010 sir i have doing work in logistics company.please give me answer can i deducte TDS on transporter when PAN furnished in Bill or Not.

22 March 2010 TDS on Logistics need not to be dedcucted, if we are having with the PAN no / copy of the PAN of the logistic.

If he is not having PAN, hten TDS to be deducted.

Frm April 1st PAN requirement becoming very serious

23 March 2010 Also from 1st april 10, in case of non availability of PAN of deductee we are liable to deduct TDS @ 20%..
