Tds on contractor.

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) obligations for new individual firms. If your previous financial year's turnover was below £1 crore and you weren't liable for a tax audit, you likely won't need to deduct TDS on contractor service bills, even if your current year's turnover has exceeded £1 crore by July.
