One Invoice Received as below:

Material Cost - 1,00,00,000.00
Installation Charges - 15,00,000.00

Total Invoice Value - 1,15,00,000.00 (Without GST)

Hence How much TDS will be applicable on above consolidated invoice and under which section?

11 January 2025 For materials you have to deduct under section 194Q @ 0.1% on Rs 50 lakhs. TDS is Rs 5,000
For installation under section 194C @ 1% on Rs 15 lakhs if the vendor is individual HUF,
2% in case of other deductees (LLP, Firm, Company)
