TDS on Composite contract

30 January 2008 A composite contract has been issued to party consisting Design, Supply & Supervision of erection of equipments. Cost component has been separately mentioned in the BOQ for Designing and Supply of equipments.

Whether TDS will be applicable on designing cost only or on total work order value?
