I am requesting you to kinldy clarify my doubt as below:
Compensation for Survey Boat Drowned. Any TDS attract or not. If attract let me know the Rate of TDS n which section and limit of the Compensation amount.

It will not attract TDS .But the transaction will be subject to capital gain tax. As complete information is not availble about
