is there any TDS Duducted on sales commission paid to dealer located at bangladesh, as well as Service tax Under Reverse Charge on that

TDS and Service Tax both are applicable.

Please Refer Any Circular/ Notification regarding that
25 January 2014
No TDS on Commission if there is no Business connection or no PE and subject to the facts of the case. many rulings in favour of the assessee recently.
