WE HAVE TO PAY COMMISSION TO A BANGLADESH PARTY . SO ACCORDING TO I T ACT AT WHAT RATE WE SHOULD HAVE TO DEDUCT TDS ?

the rate will be lower of 10 % or provided in DTAA with Bangladesh.
