I wanted to know that what will be the TDS rate on comission Please note that comission is been paid to the Bank Agents(Pathpedi)So what will be the TDS rate Please answer urgently

These kind of payments will be covered u/s 194H "Deduction of tax at source from commission or brokerage". Rate of TDS will be 10% including surchage (if applicable) and 2% EC and 1% SHEC thereon.
