18 July 2013 Is their TDS provision on Cleaning Services for TANK...?Amounted Rs.32500.

18 July 2013 It is work under definition of 194C.

So TDS is deductable under section 194C if single payment of Rs.32500 is done

Rate applicable 2% in case of company or partnership

for others at the rate of 1%
