CENTRAL GOVT. HAVE DEPOSIT WITH A NATIONALISED BANK ON WHICH INTEREST WAS CREDITED WHICH IS ELIGABLE FOR TDS U/S 194A, WHETHER SUCH ACT IS ENFORCABLE ON CENTRAL GOVT. ALSO?

TDS is never deducted on account of Govt.
Logic being that Govt. itself is collector.
