Hi
Our company is selling the milk to another one company. Milk has been sending / has sent through tempo van that van owner is individual. Payment has calculated on km basis and it is paid on the basis of excel sheet (not invoice) provided by the van owner. TDS not deducted on this payment.
Please confirm me whether TDS is applicable for the above mentioned payment or not.
