I am running a business of nursing home on rented property
Monthly rent is 30000
Should I deduct tds on above rent paid

Yes, TDS u/s. 194I would be applicable if you are individual & your books were audited in preceding year u/s. 44AB IT act.

As per sec. 194-I IT act, it is Rs. 2,40,000/- PA.
