24 October 2008 Our company contracted with some Contractors for providing labour.Company agreed to reimburse the P.F.& bonus to contractor as per law.Now Contractor seperatly raised the bill of Bonus & ask us to reimburse as per contract.Now I want to know whether TDS ia applicable on such reimbursement?
