plz. let us know applicability of TDS on audit fee charged by bank

they will deduct tds under section 194J.

On bank audit fee bank take audit fee, tax audit fee and adds Service tax and then deducts tax @ 10% on gross fee. Expenses are not eligible for TDS if you have separately submitted the bills for claiming expenses.
