TDS On Advertisement given to forign contractor

We Are 100% EOU/ STTP Unit. We given online advertisemnt contract to google.com. Please guide me is there any TDS have to deduct on this contract. I am confused that we are 100% EOU unit. so is there any exemption for US??? Please guide.

No,there is no exemption to 100% EOU.
