Tds on advertisement

I have made payment of Rs. 51000/- to Google Earth Pvt Ltd., Gurgaon for releasing advertisement of my firm on their web site. Pl let me know if TDS u/s. 194-C is necessary to be deducted, if yes than what would be rate of tax.

pl further enlighten on the same issue, the payment to google is made on line than how can i deduct the tds or how can i get back the tds amount from them
