TDS on advertisement

12 March 2009 Dear Sir / Mam,
Is any TDS liability will be arise in the case of Advertisement on behalf of debtor ? .
for Example :- A Ltd is propose to Yahoo.com for Advertisement of B Ltd on the website. In this regard Yahoo.com issue a bill to A Ltd & A Ltd issue a seperate bill to B Ltd .

In the above case any TDS liability will be arise regarding the payment of advertisement to Yahoo.com by A Ltd.
Please Help me.

12 March 2009 you will deduct tds on behalf of A ltd otherwise it is disallowed to A ltd & give certificate to A ltd from Yahoo
