I HAVE TDS IN MY AY 2008-09 BECUASE OF TIME BAR I CAN'T FILE THE RETURN OF AY 2008-09, NOW I M FILLING MY AY 2009-10 RETURN IN THAT CAN I CLAIM AY 2008-09 TDS WHICH ARE CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT BY THE DEDCUTOR.

yes, TDS refund should be claim in its particular year. If you have not filed your return then if you filed A.Y. 09-10 claim you A.y.09-10 refund.
Pls filed your return before 31 march'11 if you missed then you also lost A.Y. 09-10 refund.
