I have gone through my assignment where i have found there is first year of business & turn over is more than 40L. So they require to get the books of account audited for the same & meanwhile they are carrying the business in the partenership firm also from the same time. & P'ship firm is also having turn over exceed Rs.40 L So,

Please guide me for the TDS matter ....
