07 December 2009 Dear Friends,

Please reply one my query relating to Comapany Air ticketing Bills of Rs.75,500/- ( Air Ticket Charges )paid Full bill amt to Travel agent .

Can any TDS Liability will be arise on the above transaction.

07 December 2009 On the ticket fare paid by company for individually employee or representative, there is no TDS even if paying to Agent. If agent has charged you a commission over and above the ticket, then only on agents commission you take a separate bill and deduct u/s 194H for the commission amount.
