Tds intimations

30 January 2014 Sir in FY 12-13 one of our client's TDS returns was filed for first time, subsequently he recieved an intimation from traces. The client was not registered on traces, earlier now I am trying to register but the traces site always shows it as invalid detail in step two(KYC). What Should be done? is there any other way out for the Same???
