I have salary & profession income, my TDS has deducted both category, but profession income after deduction of exp. is come to not taxable income, let me know how can i adjust TDS on professional fee against salary income, & how can i told my employer to not deduct tds on my salary, there is necessary to give any delcaration to our employer for non deduction of TDS pls advice....

tax liability is determined on total income- adding salary and professional income together, in your case. To the tax liability you can apply all your TDS claims- both in case of salary and professional services.

Your employer may not be able to help you to consider set off of liability of salary TDS against surplus professional TDS. However, you may get refund after filing return for all surplus TDS.

Yes...the only option is to file the return & claim the refund of excess TDS.
