Tds implication on deduction from salary

07 July 2015 For a person having gross salary of Rs. 80,000/- p.m., if Rs.1,000/- is deducted from salary on account of unauthorized absence, whether Rs. 80,000/- will be considered for TDS calcualtion or Rs. 79,000/-?
