i am using NSDL software for TDS quarterly returns. i want to know that this utility generate 27A form or not. if it is generate than how?

No from NSDL software you can not generate form 27A. You will have to prepare it manually. You also can not generate TDS certificates with NSDL software.
To generate computerized form 27A & TDS certificates you have to buy customized TDS software like Taxmann, KDK< Relyon, Saral TDS etc.
