I have filed my father's ITR for the AY 2015-16, the return was transferred to AO and now return has been processed and demand is determined of Rs.9440.
The AO has not considered tds of 26as while determining demand.
What to do please suggest immediate action...

as AO with a letter to explain for non consideration of 26AS if data was available there and find out the reason from AO for raised a demand.

Ya...i checked and found that by mistake i have entered wrong TAN no now i think i have to file online rectification u/s 154

Yes then do rectification but now your case is transferred to local ward so first visit there and do rectification manually.
