TDS-Form 16-Not Available in NSDL

30 July 2010 On cross verification of TDS Certificates (Form 16), it is noted that few Deductors especially Banks failed to upload the data in NSDL website.

If the Assessing Officer refuses to allow Credit inspite of producing TDS Certificates (Form 16)in original,what course of action could be suggested to the Assessee

The assessing officer is duty bound to allow the credit after verification from the deductor's end.
