Please advice the rate of TDS as per Income Tax and as per DTAA for applicable to Germany.

TDS ON
1) Testing Charges (Certification chg.)
2) Machine installation chg.

09 October 2013 see the DTAA available on income tax site.. also see where the service is being provided, if it is provided totally in germany and company does not have any PE in india then there is no tds to be deducted......
