21 March 2012 hi all senior, our company appoint 18 month contract employee and they got 12000000 PA how can i deduct in his income. can i treat those as employee, if yes than what is the rate at which section applicable. please help me. thanks in advance ajay sharma

21 March 2012 The simplest way to comply with the situation is to deduct tax u/s 194J for Professional/Tech Services.

It will not fall u/s 192 of the Act

Please provide full detail for further clarification.
